SMALL CELL OSTEOSARCOMA: rare variant of OS with round/ovoid/spindle cells and production of osteoid (often focal/wispy). SATB2 +, CD99 - or focal. DDx: Ewing sarcoma; however, more pleomorphic and spindled than ES. “Small cell” is subjective and somewhat arbitrary.
